Ingredients
1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 flatbread, naan, or pita
3 slices Pineapple cored and sliced into flat rings
3 slices Red onion
2 oz Boar’s Head Teriyaki Style Chicken Breast
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro for garnish
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Spread sweet chili sauce over flatbread.
Add pineapples, onions, and chicken to the flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted, then remove from oven.
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
