Ingredients
4-6 pork chops
Small amt of oil
2/3 c washed rice
1 Onion
Can of tomatoes
Dash of Salt & Pepper
Preparation
In a large frying pan, brown 4-6 pork chops in a small amount of oil.
Take out pork chops, pour off grease.
Add 2/3 cup of washed rice, brown lightly.
Place pork chops of tops of rice, add a slice of onion to each chop and a can of tomatoes. Add a little more water and salt and pepper.
Cook until done and moisture is cooked out.
